On September 21, 2024 some local businesses and community members gathered at the San Joaquin Yacht Club to attend their first annual Island Charity Cruise. With the purchase of a ticket, attendees were invited on personal watercraft’s and treated to hors d’oeuvres and champagne along with beautiful views of the Delta. Bethel Island Children Support had the honor of being the recipients of the proceeds from this event. We at Bethel Island Children Support would like to thank the San Joaquin Yacht club, especially Nancy and Glenn Hammonds, as well as all the owners of the boats, donors, and attendees.
