We are excited to share that a recent Island Charity Cruise, held earlier this month, brought our community together to raise funds benefiting both Bethel Island Children’s Support (BICS) and Meals on Wheels. The event included a beautiful cruise, raffle drawings, and generous participation from local residents.
According to The Press, community members turned out enthusiastically to support programs that directly help families, youth, and seniors in our area. The event organizers and volunteers dedicated countless hours to making the cruise a success, and their efforts truly paid off.
At BICS, we are deeply grateful for this support. Funds raised through the cruise help us continue providing essential programs—such as school-readiness resources, enrichment activities, and direct assistance to children and families on Bethel Island. Every dollar contributed helps us reach more families and expand services where the need is growing.
